Not original Microsoft items and they don't work.

Title says it all. Nothing in the product description says these are not genuine Microsoft items but instead cheap chinese copies. I would have been able to live past that part, if these things actually worked. After charging the batteries like stated in the instructions, I plugged the battery in and found that the left analog stick and left bumper do not work on the controller. Tried the second battery that I ordered and this one would not even allow the controller to see the XBOX 360. It's as if these batteries are not putting out enough voltage our something. These are cheap so I learned my lesson that you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, it's probably not worth paying the shipping to send these back. STAY AWAY!

Cheap, not liscensed by Microsoft, and defective

I ordered this product in the color WHITE but when i recieved it it was black, also the terminals for + and - were on the wrong side as they should be on a microsoft battery pack DONT BUY THIS
